Made with a mixture of 100% whole flours- whole wheat flour and whole rye flour. Added with Rye sourdough for its unique taste and texture and many nutritional benefits, and walnuts, rich with unsaturated fat with high nutritional value. Contains dietary fibers. No added sugar, no added vegetable fat and trans fat free.
