Made with a combination of whole wheat flour, pre- germination whole wheat grains and Rye sourdough, providing unique taste and texture as well as many nutritional benefits. The unique process of pre- germination wheat grains increases the availability of vitamins and minerals levels in the bread. Besides the natural vitamins found in pre- germination wheat, Berman Lainyan Bread is enriched with folic acid and other vitamins from group B. No added sugar, no food coloring and trans fat free.
