The unique process of pre- germination wheat grains increases the availability of vitamins and minerals. Berman’s Light Lainyan Bread has high nutritional values, rich with protein with added dietary fibers and low in carbs. Besides the natural vitamins found in pre- germination wheat, Berman’s Light Bread is enriched with folic acid and other vitamins from group B. No added sugar, no food coloring, no added vegetable oils and trans fat free. Only 37 cal per serving.
