Made with 100% rye flour. Added with oatmeal flakes and sunflower seeds, which are rich with unsaturated fats known for their high nutritional value. Rich with protein, low in carbs, has low glycemic value which especially suits diabetics and pre- diabetics. No added sugar, no food coloring, no added vegetable fat and trans fat free. Approximately 40 cal per serving.
